Brand-new and good-sized rooms with bathtub and 2 packets of a local biscuit delicacies and a huge bathroom.

The a twin room is well renovated and neat.

Booked a room with a huge bathroom. The breakfast was free and great, the check in was early.

The room was well furnished and well-appointed and the bathroom was huge, I greatly enjoyed it. The hotel was in a magnificent location adjacent to Restaurant and bus stops and city centre. I ate at the lobby restaurant near the property.

Nicely designed hotel located adjacent to the train station and main street as well as a family mart across the street. Nicely furnished room with bathtub, very friendly staff. Central location near to a night market. Good choice of food options within easy walking distance of the venue.

The breakfast was free and great, featured a wide array of meals. Everything was great, however a few employees were very rude.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of Chiayi King, just a short walk from the train station and the Wenhua Road Night Market. The check-in process was smooth and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and well-lit, with enough room to move around comfortably. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast with a variety of Asian dishes, bread, jam, and fresh fruits. The hotel's personalized map was a cute and helpful touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, my overall experience at Chiayi King was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our room had a spacious bed and a PLEASANT view. The staff and people generally were superbly friendly and accommodating.

Well-designed venue, magnificent location just off the train station for alishan and Wenhau night market and TRA Chiayi station and the shopping street, truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was spotless with really helpful staff. The breakfast was great, had a wide range of options and the food was great! Our stay was a very good experience.

The hotel offers friendly and helpful staff who are patient in accommodating the guests' needs. The receptionists speak English and offer assistance, including buying tickets for Alishan bus. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the front area seems impressive. The hotel also provides an introduction video on their iPad to kill waiting time during check-in. The key location fact is that it's only a ten-minute walk to both the TRA and Alishan bus stations.

The breakfast selection is poor, leaving more to be desired. The noise isolation between rooms could be better as noise from the rooms next door sometimes carry over, affecting the overall quality of your stay.

The rooms with a complimentary gift, bedroom, bathtub. Comfy location, only a short distance to everywhere. For tea or coffee visit Zhuo-wu Cafe nearby.

Had good sleep at the triple room with bathtub. Location: the hotel was short walk to the train station and bus station and shops and restaurants and Wenhau night market and TRA Chiayi station. Easily reached Pen Shuei Turkey Rice, located not too far away from the venue, had lunch/dinner there.
